Audit Services U.S., LLC specializes in on-site unclaimed property audits. A staff that has over 125 years of combined unclaimed property experience, ranging from administration of State Unclaimed Property Offices, to serving as audit managers, auditors and reporting system developers for the State Unclaimed Property Programs. Currently, ASUS has contracts with 46 States. Our background and experience has allowed us to become one of the nation's leading audit service providers.

Cooperative Compliance Review
Audit Services U.S.,LLC is proud to announce that it has developed working relationships with internationally recognized industry leader groups in providing unclaimed property services to the insurance, energy, financial, telecommunications, and healthcare community.

This relationship will allow us to work cooperatively with the business community by assisting them to become familiar with the requirements of each State's unclaimed property law. The resulting impact will be a cooperative audit that ensures that the requirements of your unclaimed property law has been satisfied, and unclaimed property remitted to your State without conflict.

As with all of our "cooperative audits", qualified auditors from our staff will conduct the onsite audit. This is necessary for us to ensure there is a proper accounting for all property types, that due diligence is performed and that the property is reported to the correct State.

In no case will audits be sub-contracted to another entity. The records of the company would be subject to the initial audit and a review exam in the subsequent year by Audit Services.

State Directed Audits
Under this arrangement, we would utilize our internal audit staff to conduct an audit on a holder identified by a State, or assist the States unclaimed property auditors with conducting an unclaimed funds examination.
